Cardio tennis is a high intensity workout with tennis racquets to music. Participants undergo fitness based activities, with minimal tennis ability or experience required. A great way to keep fit and enjoy a workout with friends.
These sessions are designed to allow anybody to participate, regardless of level and experience. They typically focus on moving and fitness based activities as you’re hitting tennis balls, with little requirement placed on being able to rally or serve.
Class sizes range from 6-8 participants, and prices are typically cheaper than standard group coaching, where the emphasis is more on technical and tactical development.
